Our Thoughts & Our Words That Shape Our Life
Words have always been an integral part of my existence and evolution. I wrote poems and filled countless diaries growing up. My two college courses I enrolled in while in high school were photography and creative short story writing. I was an English major in college and still wrote for fun outside of class and assignments. I started my first blog in 2007 before the internet really took over. Now if I don’t write regularly, I wither and worry.
And now, in this age of awareness and intention that we’re in, I work very hard to mindfully choose my words and thoughts. We think about 60,000-70,000 thoughts daily and 90% of the thoughts we think are carried over from the day before. This is because the brain loves the familiar. Changes to anything from the normal feels like near-death.
But I’m here to show you that can do it and live your best life. And you won’t die. If you’re ready, keep reading.
