The blue mind theory was first popularized by Dr. Wallace J Nichols. He speaks to the deep connection we have as humans to blue water and the emotional, spiritual and cognitive benefits we can get from being on, under or near water.
Getting into a blue mind, puts you in the present moment, a zen state, neutral mode. calm, connected, restful. Theta state. The meditative state that we experience before bed and as we awaken. This is the chill system I speak of often.
And in the chill system, the blue mind, the present moment, we step into infinite possibilities. Whatever is on top of mind is what will be created in your reality. In the blue mind, you’re open, receptive, creative, imaginative. and the images to reality are those of fun, peace, bliss, joy, pleasure and love.
